Photoforchange in Europe – Sustainable living in Changing economy Competition

Photoforchange in Europe – Sustainable living in Changing economy Competition“Photoforchange in Europe – Sustainable living in changing economy” is the European-wide photo competition organized by City_SEC project partners to inform, sensitize and promote students and citizens, about the themes of energy transition, the greening process of the economy, the reduction of local carbon footprint, with the aim to promote the change towards a more sustainable and environmental friendly living throughout Europe.

If you are a photographer, professional or enthusiastic, you reside in City_SEC project partners countries (Italy, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Poland and Sweden),  you are older than 18 years and you believe in sustainability living and in carbon free society for our future, this competition is for you! The photos collected will be evaluated by three very famous and important photographers with international experience on the themes of green economy and sustainable living: Mattias Klum, a world-known Swedish photographer, collaborating also with National Geographic, Stefano Unterthiner, Italian naturalist and contributing photographer for National Geographic Magazine, and Roberto Caccuri, a young and talented Italian photographer, for the Contrasto Agency, with a specific experience in reportage on environmental and sustainable topics.

The best works will be exhibited in Brussels during the European Sustainable Energy Week 2012, planned in June, from 18th until 22nd; moreover, the three winners will be awarded during the Final Award Ceremony in Bruxelles and will have the chance to meet the Jury members!
