Summary

Within the framework of the project subsidised from the Phar Programme and CZ State Environmental Fund, the region managed to purchase 48 pilot biomass-fired boilers and fireplaces which have been installed in individual municipalities of the micro-region (currently 49 member municipalities). Priority was given to buildings owned by the municipalities, buildings accessible to the public or private buildings whose owners contractually undertook to provide information and enable inspections by municipal and micro-region inhabitants.
